Soft and pillowy, the Fatto a Mano pizza dough is crafted fresh each day, using only the finest Italian 00 flour, salt, water, and yeast. Carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers are then used to top their pizzas. Finally, the skilled pizzaioli cook the pizzas in the oven at around 450 degrees for no more than 90 seconds, following the authentic Neapolitan style.
