International art superstar Ai Weiwei is kicking off the launch, before the space is handed over to another artist at the end of the month.Ai Weiwei’s project, reflects on this moment in time with a new 60-minute film that “begins from the year he was born through to the current unceasing pandemic threatening the human condition globally. Unfolding in two-minute sections, Weiwei says that CIRCA "offers a very important platform for artists to exercise their practice and to reach out to a greater public".Being live-streamed from CIRCA.ART, on-lookers can connect their headphones to the digital screen, while the artist uploads additional content, for the ultimate full audio-visual sensation.
