What's OnStereophonic Hits Duke of York’s Theatre

After a record-breaking run on Broadway, Stereophonic is now playing in London’s West End for a limited 20-week run from 24 May to 11 October 2025.

This “ingeniously entertaining” play (The New York Times) follows a rock band in 1976 as they record a new album and face the challenges that come with sudden fame.

It’s a raw, behind-the-scenes look at the ups and downs of making music.

Written by David Adjmi, directed by Daniel Aukin, and featuring original music by Arcade Fire’s Will Butler, Stereophonic invites you into the intense world of creativity and pressure.
