Unique tasting and masterclassExperience a journey through Scottish Whisky with a unique tasting and masterclass at Haymarket Hotel. The masterclass will feature a tasting menu of canapés paired with six hand-selected Scotch whiskies, each capturing a unique element of Scotland's identity. Diageo Whisky Ambassador, Colin Dunn, will guide you through the unique flavours and history of each dram, ranging from Talisker from the Isle of Skye, one of the most remote, rugged and beautiful landscapes in Scotland to the world-famous Johnnie Walker. The evening will commence with a welcome cocktail before moving on to the masterclass in the elegant Nash and Rocklin Rooms. Colin will introduce the whiskies and outline how the flavours work with the seasonal canapés, from the light, maritime notes of the award-winning Clynelish 14yr paired with crab and crayfish cake to the dark, rich flavours of Cragganmore which complement a sirloin steak with hand cut chips and Bearnaise sauce. After the masterclass, guests are welcome to continue their whisky voyage in Brumus Bar, where drinks will be available to purchase long into the evening.Book your tickets here.Timings and tickets7pm - Arrival in the Rocklin Room for a pre-dinner cocktail with Royal Lochnagar 12yr
