HOLBA is teaming up with LFA to bring some fantastic events and activities to the heart of the city, including London’s Leicester Square.
The West End is a melting pot of historic landmarks and modern architecture. Home to world-class galleries, theatres, eateries and shops, London’s West End offers a perfect mix of old and new to explore.
This month-long festival is packed with activities and events. Here are some highlights:
Guided Tours: Check out the newly transformed National Portrait Gallery and the reimagined Notre Dame de France church.
Theatre Talks: Dive into discussions about the architectural evolution of London's iconic West End theatres.

Get ready to take in talks from established and up-and-coming architects sharing their designs and creative processes. And when the sun goes down, don't miss the Lucent Twilight Tours for a behind-the-scenes look at the Piccadilly Lights.
Renowned London tour guide Katie Wignall is set to lead two tours highlighting the architectural wonders of the West End, inviting the public to uncover the city’s hidden architectural gems.
Beyond talks and tours, two interactive architect-designed installations are coming to the West End.
Play Place in Leicester Square Gardens: Kicking off in mid-June, this installation invites families and kids to have fun while exploring inclusive city design.
Pi Park in St James’s Market: Starting early June, dive into biomimetic architecture and micro-scale engineering. Plus, join creative workshops to make your own Pi-inspired designs.

Covent Garden to Leicester Square
Leicester square has been home to a number of historical figures. Statues of William Hogarth, Sir Joshua Reynolds, John Hunter and Sir Isaac Newton have all featured in the gardens, which at the centre, permanently showcases William Shakespeare.
